  1. Purpose: Messages are sent for Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), service status updates (e.g., "Mechanic has arrived"), and critical account alerts.
  2. Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number you received the message from. We will send you a confirmation SMS. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
  3. Assistance: If you need help, text "HELP" for assistance or email [email protected].
  4. Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  5. Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your platform activity and service interactions.
